To provide seamless, hassle free and low cost communication between the producers and consumers an integrated IT-ICT platform has been developed, with great amount of cooperation and assistance from IT Service Providers. We have also set up a Knowledge Management Centre utilizing almost every means of communication to deliver information services to the farmers through Helpline.
Knowledge Management Centre at Morarka Foundation also known as Contact Centre is currently also providing communication services between the field resources, as well as with experts and managers at the Headquarter.
